Privacy Policy – Vodds

This policy explains what personal data Vodds collects, why we need it and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this site and to any account opened through it.

• Account data: name, date of birth, email, phone and address entered at registration.
• Verification data: the ID and address documents uploaded for KYC checks.
• Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and the payment method used (never the full card number).

Why we use it

To open and run your account, process payments, meet the licence's anti-money-laundering and age-verification duties, prevent fraud and bonus abuse, answer support requests and — only if you opt in — send you offers.

Your rights

Traffic is encrypted in transit, access to personal data is limited to staff who need it, and payment details are handled by our providers rather than stored here.
